Yep, Headlight does a *lot* of different things. That meant getting started has been a little challenging for most new users. Which really doesn’t fit our philosophy of getting results quickly. After many, many discussions, we finally realized the biggest stumbling block wasn’t about usability at all.

It was simply figuring out where to start – “OK, what do I do now?”

There’s a lot of Headlight information scattered around the website. Tutorials, blog posts, articles, case studies and many other support resources. What’s been missing is a single place that pulls everything together. And a means to search the available information. And most important, a simple guide to getting started with step-by-step lessons.

The new Help area address all of these problems.

1. Help

This single page consolidates the most common support topics into one place. The Guided Tour explains what Headlight does and Quick Start 101 teaches Headlight in simple step-by-step lessons. It also includes links to the company blog and Customer Support. If you have a question about Headlight, this is the perfect place to start.

2. Headlight 101: Quick Start

A step-by-step guide to learning Headlight. It’s a complete overhaul of the previous documentation and tutorials. Instead of talking about it, we encourage you to just watch the lessons.

3. Search

A search box is now available from every page on the website. It works like you’d expect. Just type in a word or phrase and you’ll see a list of related posts. This searches everything on the website: announcements, tutorials, articles, etc.
